NSPL 2007 - Info Thread

[Syd (NSPL)]

The NSPL has just taken delivery of a brand new 40-Bunker Millennium field in Blue/Red with NSPL logos. The field will be used for the first time on the weekend of Round 3 at Reading on 22nd April.

Field layouts for that event are now available on www.nspl.co.uk, under Frixtures then Round 3.

There are only 2 field layouts Syd, is that correct? The second link says NSPL & Dye field layouts but only 1 comes up.

I assumed it meant that two fields will have the same layout...?

Yes, the DYE and NSPL fields will have the same layout.

Thats what I was thinking but as the saying goes, assumption is the mother of all fcuk ups.

Ramping

I can only guess that this has been debated before. I did use the search function but couldn't see the wood through the tree's.....

I've also taken a look at the NSPL forum to see if it was on there.

My question is:-

Why is it that Div. 4 is unable to use ramping when all other divisions are??

I can't see it being any more difficult to police as all the other games are using it.

If you Max a game, you team gets to keep the flag that you hang in that game.

Being new to the league and Round 3 being our first event for this season....

We only actually got 1 flag in yesterdays event and we maxed 7 of our 8 games??

Was there a shortage of flags for this fixture???

The max is winning the game with ALL your players left on-field.

If just one players is shot or taken out by a ref for a rules infringement, then no flag.
