two problems with the pulse

for some reason the battery door scew wont come out, you can unscrew it but it just doesnt wanna come out

and the quick release tray doesnt work

any idea on how to solve them

Screw is a pain but keep at it or screw out the screw as much as possible and gently pull the battery door off.

For the drive cone, push both side buttons in with one hand, while using your other hand to gently push it out from the inside, it should then just pop out.

Well im sure if you put it in the hands of someone who knows what there doing, he problem will be quickly resolved

How is it PLANETs fault???
They dont make them and I know for a fact they would sort it out for you if there is a problem!
Perhaps you should of rang PLANET in the first place and they would of helped you before Damning them.

i think the problem may be that you dont slide the battery door on and off, you actually pull it down

All i did was unscrew the screw all the way, holding it so the screw head is facing down, then push push it with a small knife down, then pull the battery door down as well, that should work

nige i know it wasnt them who made it i meant they sent it to me lol and they would fix it

anyways guys i done it now abit of brutal strength and wear and tear i managed it
