The screw thing happened to me, so I screwed it all the way back in tight then started again and it worked

We got 3 new ones today and there all the same the doors are a git to open we undid screw and put a small flat bladed screw driver in the door and kept some pressure on the screw as undoing it and it worked as for the motor it was tight ton but then they are new so the may ease up after some time. But how easy to clean **** hot but then again i havent needed to yet.
