Maybe they're hitting pbn, and think this is the way to behave. I blame the schools, teachers don't command respect these days.
teachers are not allowed to beat the kids anymore only 33 but my form tutor would chuck the board rubber at you or walk over and smash the desk with a board ruler to get your attention

and i blame the parents

yep its true. this gov is completely useless. fox hunting was good for the environment - they are a bunch of townsfolk who know **** all about the country. i study politics - giving it up next year - we watched pm question time - it was more like a riot and playschool breaktime rush rather than actual yes lets scrutinise the ****. it was so funny to watch i think they should show it as a comedy programme and add a bit of commentry here and there.

"oh the fat walrus is slouching to sleep after the long crawl to the top of the island"

john prescott and gordon brown perhaps.
iam sorry but your foxhunting argument is not valied lived in the country and when all those stuck up morons in red churned up the village common and trampled some gardens i could have shot them myself

now shooting foxes got nothing against that if you could find a valid reason to kill them
foxes where imported from france by the stuck up land owners when they killed the english fox into extinction

saying that the last two names you mentioned both need a bullet to the back of the head

i worked in a school for 6 months......... horrible place to work kids got no respect for any one, odd nice kid but the rest were swines.
teachers have a hard job and i wudnt want to do it, and as has been sed the teachers cant punish them like they used to.

i remember i teacher smacking me round the legs in assembly 1 time and nearly knocking me off my feet, just came up to me and did it for something id done the prev day !!! :)

They used to hit you with a tin lid or even the slipper.

now adays getting detention is like getting a asbo... its a status symbol.

ooh almost a political debate ...

how soon we forget ,while I always like an extreme reaction to our governments policies I feel a bullet in the back of the head is a bit harsh ,we didn't do it when it really mattered (anyone remember Thatcher) and I personally think the above people have done a lot of good for the country.

I got belted at two different schools (one primary) as was the policy at the time ,I also got expelled from one and spent all my time with one of those stupid report card things that had to be signed after every lesson, I had mates in loads of different schools that made teachers lives a misery and we also took credit for giving our maths teacher in first year a heart attack..I don't see what's different nowadays.

except that we had far better dress sense.

Some kids are sh!ts no matter what the punishment's going to be ,I blame the parents (sorry pater),in fact I did many times... when I got into real trouble I used to sob a bit and say I was really upset at my parents divorce ,the teacher would get very uneasy and I'd just get a talking to in general ..easy ..see ..kids will be kids ..hopefully they'll grow out of it ,I'm getting my son into PB as soon as poss so he hopefully goes a different route to me in my Youufff

I also think Tom's maybe taking the piss a tad ..eh grandad?:D

So you were the ones causing all the trouble? Doesn't give you much right to comment, feckin Asbo ;)

I primarily blame the parents. I was taught respect by my parents and that followed on into school. Now with all the goddamn tree-hugging social-worker wannabes out there teaching kids that they have a right to act like a dick there's no wonder schools are going to ****. My school was one of the worst in South Yorkshire, still is, but I managed to rise above it thanks to my rents.

I don't really see what good Labour has done in this contry so far, especially any good that couldn't have been done by any single party who was more interested in their own gain.

And Thatcher actually did some good but does anyone even remember what she did, good or bad? How many of you are old enough to?
The pople of this nation won't vote Lib cuz no-one really likes them, won't vote Conservative because of something Thatcher did, they just can't remember what but they're pretty sure it was bad so we're left with Labour or all the other Neo-Nazi parties.
Sucks to be us.

Oh and the majority of Miners are now better off health-wise and financially. All of the ones I know in Sheffield and Barnsley are glad the pits were closed or they'd be looking at serious health-issues right about now.

so is that due to Thatcher kicking them out of there jobs or the labour party providing them with financial security and better healthcare ?

:D
