This is from the Millennium press release, i think it means we will be at a new venue in Toulouse.

Toulouse is back by popular demand. Toulouse has always carried the reputation of fun happening event loved by the players and the trade well the millennium are going back to new super venue which is sure to enhance Toulouse as one of the great world events in paintball.
