Let's say for an instance, Pebble and Stoney didn't turn up to the trials, surely the fact they have trained weekend after weekend for their team, and in escence helped Kellys earn their way into a CPL spot, not warrant them a position in the North team???

As if, some of the people at the Trials may have played once in the whole year, and yet from your statement the mere fact they've showed up to a Sunday on one weekend warrant them praise and privelages??

At the end of the Day, North Army is a squad, a team, if you play sh*t, you play 'bench', fair play to those who came and played their hearts out, but they're not merely going to get picked on the fact they turned up.

i think i wouud of been on the squad if i did a no show- but id knew that this argument wud pop up so i attended but shame that the rest didnt do the same

if you ask me North have it bad:-
we only have one CPL team up north (Kellys)-(but we have never played CPL before and we can take 3 players from each team at the most)
the south has shock,method,nexus,tigers! (obiously exclusing the northeners like Chris Ed,Dunny,AL)- they can choose to their delight from

so i think people who are on the team with out trial are there cus we are desperate for good players that have proved there talent on a CPL field and im sure most of the players who trialed and didnt get on agree on that

At the end of the day, Chris Edwards and his northern generals can pick whoever the hell they want! Tommy - who the hell are you to question that and demand answers??? I think Chris and the rest of the guys have been very curtious with their replies, as i know if one of the southern ballers was shouting his mouth off like that he would have been cut from the squad, as a charity event has no need for fools ruining for everyone.

Tommy, I hope someday you will learn that smacktalking and chatting **** about better players is not going to get you anywhere fella. If you want answers simply pick up the phone!

Anyway, sorry to jump on the Northern thread. I will see you all for some hardball and laughs come game day. Lets make it a good one :)
