i know the floor/store manager quite well, this guy, also happens to be the best tech i have ever had the pleasure of being aquainted with and seems to be able to solve just about anything... therefor it is quite often that they get queue's of markers for him to take a peek at, from fitting anti-syphon tubes in bottles for them, to: repairing more complex things like karni's... etc
i can tell you that it wont have dropped off of his list, but the communication between upstairs (the phones) and downstairs (just about everything else) seems a bit interesting...
in all fairness, warped have my shocker at the min, since a twat cross-threaded my bolt guide... so i know how you feel
if you pm me any details theyve given you in respect of recieving the marker for fixing/replacing... then ill try and catch a relevant person on their mobile, msn or something...
