dark stranger... yes it does need to be addressed... and although it sounds like a far away promise, has plans set in place for things to run much more efficiently in their new premises... :)

as to their own stuff, they dont make it, it just gets their name stamped on it... some of their stuff is cheap, yes, but its like any shop that makes their own kit, like asda with their own brands... etc. their air systems have been a let down i know... and there is nothing i can say that can make your or his life better and give you back your wasted time and patience.

i do not work for them and merely support them because, as i have said, i know some of the employees, and i know they work their balls off doing their job and far exceeding the best of their abilities... i merely defend them and the reputation they attempt to uphold; due to some of the systems currently in place and other things which i obviously wont put onto a public forum... but give them time...

please bear with them :) and me (i help them out here and there online by replying to things like this, but as i said, do not work for them, so please... no **** my way and ill try and pass on the feedback in a way that could create change :))

Poor sods, over worked they are. They are trying to move the store at the same tim deal with more orders than they can actually handle, hence why theyre trying to move. I know cause Ive spoke to them the move is happening, right about....now...... they should be moved in fully soon.

This new store will allow them to have more stuff in stock as right now their shop floor is acting as a stockroom!! And will allow them to process orders better too. Basically the company is expanding because of its success but its still trying to keep going with things it struggles to handle while it does that.

Hmmm, good question. They still do sell enough bb's to keep selling them me thinks and they maye continue selling boards and other odd things, but their main income has to be from the paintball gear they sell. Next time Im at the store I'll ask.

Would it be an idea to close the shop for a few days to concentrate on the move? Surely the lost revenue would be preferable to winding a lot of people up?

they did for a week... supposedly a holiday, but i would highly doubt it if they didn't use the time to move some of the larger things/systems over to mk :)

transitions are never smooth really... you get a new marker out of the box, and the trigger is never how you like it, or it still may need the occasional tweek to make it feel personal and perfect; whereas if youd stayed with your old one, you have it how you like already, but maybe it doesn't perform as well as your new one... see what im saying (and in no way what so ever was that meant to be patronising! :))

Don't want to rubbish the guys at gizmo's as I've used them before without any problems (OK the order wasn't quite as requested but everything worked and arrived quickly) but this thing with the MK shop is dragging on and on. When I first asked about the move I was told it was due for the end of June, then August then the beginning of October...
