Marseille without a doubt. The location, atmosphere and number of spectators was awesome.

I would be interested to know how many of the people voting attended every event....?
I mean, if you didn't go to them all then how can you compare them? The fact Campaign is coming out on top is laughable as it was definitely not the best event of the 2006 season.

I attended all and got to say i think Bittburg is the best event for all the reasons every ones already added above. Location, hotels, organisation etc.
Marseille and Paris were both good and a close second for the only reason of expense of hotels and travel.
Campaign and Mardrid are moments in my life i will never get back and felt i shouldve been elsewhere....... Crap venues, not the best organisation this year and thieving ba*tards in the car parks.

Shame this is going to be one sided as most people on here were only lucky enough to go to one Millenium event ie:- Campaign if any at all

Marseille was best, then Paris. Bitburg 3rd, nice event but it's in the middle of nowhere. Campaign and Madrid clearly behind the best three.
Bring back Amsterdam and one nordic event please! Ideal would be one event in the south, "mediterranean event", 3 in major central European cities (=cheap flights), one one up in the north, "nordic event".

i didn't go to all of them. I missed paris and madrid. But out of marseille bitberg and campaign i think i liked marseille better due to atmosphere, venue, spectators.. didn't like the marshalling but was 1st event of year and got much better as event went out.
Bitberg was also good, very good venue and setup.. lacked in atmosphere i thought.
Campaign.. well better venue but setup was pretty poor.. not much else to say really
