29th goes through, anything below doesn't. So Cynergy just missed out on the Div 1 spot for 2007 despite a good improvement at Campaign. We plan on earning that spot back though - we will be ripping up Div 2 next year.

Campaign Jags also just missed out.

That leaves Phoenix and Stealers in Div 1 representing the UK.

So 31 teams in Div 1? Bit of a weird number... Or do 3 teams from Div2 come up (making it 32 teams?)

I would say that if one of the D1 teams that has a spot doesn't take up the season commitment that the next D1 team gets the spot. If one of the D2 teams that was supposed to move up doesn't make the commitment, then the next D2 team gets the spot.

i thought 28 was the cut off for div 1? top 2 go up taking it down to 26, 2 come up from div 2 making it 28 and 2 come down from CPL making it 30?
