Top-29 is the cut off - that´s what we´ve been told all along..... 
2 teams move up to CPL and 2 moves down from from CPL - which still makes it 29.... Then you have the top-3 from div. 2 moving up, which makes the cut at 32 in total for next years div. 1 !

ah ok, thanks for clearing that up.
will the div 1 teams have to play all events? or is it still up in the air whats happening with div 1?

Division 1 will be locked to 32 teams who will all play a lighter version of CPL.
I think then you have to play all events, but who gonna ref the events when all the CPL and Div 1 teams are playing ?

Now THAT´S a good question - div. 2? If so then what next year, when that division is locked as well - div. 3??
