it wont be never because the sport is still growing and every pro footballer and racing car driver etc gets paid, and i think p8ntball is gona be so big 1 day every pro player will get paid and maybe a few of the top amataurs

but... back on track: it may happen some day, but it does also depend on what you think of as, "pro", and what you think of as, "amature"... is there no in-between? who says if youre pro or not??? who sets the standards???

as it says on robbo's russian legian thread millenium, psp or nppl div1 or 2 is amataur standerd
They'll get paid--in fact, I expect a higher percentage of Pro players to be paid one way or another next year than are being paid this year. As for pretty much every pro getting paid? Within 5 years. However, we're still not talking mainstream high profile pro sports paychecks. Google Pro lacrosse or arena football.
