Whats the difference HP or LP?

Sup guys

How could I tell for sure wether some thing is a HP or LP output reg on a bottle, as I am after a HP reg for my Ion and a seller needs to know how to tell the difference for me

the ion can use either hp or lp air, as for telling which is which it depends on the reg on the system. some say how many psi output others don't and some are adjustable

the bottle is a 1.5ltr 4500 PSI evil air, not sure what the PSI output pressure is, as I think its a PMI product i was going on the assumtion thats it a preset 800-900 PSI. If some one could confirm this it would be awsome

Most likely its high pressure then - if its red regulator on PMI bottle i would be pretty certain its high pressure though cant be certain as some are converted to low pressure though I doubt it as the spring packs are incredible hard to get hold of!

So I would say you can be 95% sure it will be high pressure!

Dan is right, the ion will work fine with a HP or LP bottle reg, as the inline reg on the ion will drop it down to the correct operating pressure.

As i remember, a blue bottle reg is LP, and a red one is HP?

From what I have heard ION's work a lot better with a HP bottle because they have higher recharge rates or some thing along those lines
