Because professional when associated with sports means a lot more than just getting paid. It changes everything and changes it in ways most of today's players either don't understand or choose to ignore until it happens to them or friends of theirs. Beyond that personalities and playing time are the biggest issues and that ain't just paintball. And as for XSV changing everything, sure, until the appearance of upward momentum and improvements peaks and begins to slide down the other side of that mountain--as it inevitably will. For now it's working. Just like Dynasty before them and everyone was on that bandwagon. When it's stops working it'll be something else seen as the be all end all. Regardless of how you get there it always about the right mix of talent, personalities (motivation, mental toughness, drive, etc.) and leadership.
