I'm now back from my holiday sabbatical and I'm glad to see our mods have looked after our forum while I've been taking it easy- it's a tough life but someone's gotta live it, I suppose.
I would like to wish all the contributors to this thread a very happy Christmas and a prosperous new year.
If this thread has taught me one thing, it's that when we get someone or something that threatens the integrity of our sport or industry, it's p8ntballer.com that provides the stage for our members to voice their discontent and opinions.
And that is exactly what this site is for ......
We've also learned that when it comes to paintball forums in the UK / Europe, you guys have made us the thousand pound gorilla with other so-called paintball forums struggling to breathe drowning in tumbleweed ....
And as Lenny Mclean once asked in such emphatic style ..... 'Who's the Guv'na' ?
And if you don't know who Lenny Mclean is, it's probably better that way
And so, a big fat morbidly obese Happy Christmas and a Great New Year to anybody who comes across this post .....

I'm afraid barnett's allegiance to the truth has always been tenuous at best - at worst, his ability to lie has only been outstripped by his capacity for self-delusion made worse by his habitual insertion of a gin bottle into his fat gob as he practices his technique in readiness for his next rendevous with sables.
I was kinda hoping our sport/industry had earned a rest from barnett in 2016 but like excrement, his presence resembles a skid-mark left behind to remind us all of what happens when you elect to ignore or make excuses for the scum from within.
And if anyone suggests I/we should now leave barnett alone, my answer would be the same as any oncologist dealing with cancer, 'the treatment ends when the tumour has been eradicated'.

I would love to see this sh*t stain of a man to be gone from paintball. Issue is that idiots that keep saying all i want to do is play paintball without the bull**it are the issue.
Why are you the reason paintball is in decline?
1. New and old players go to his games which run like sh*t = They think all events in the UK are the same and don't attend other events run by better companies
2. He has ripped companies and players off = Companies have to recoup losses which means they put the price up of paint\equipment. Players get ripped off and do not attend events e.g. zombieland and many more because he promises so much and delivers nothing e.g. sup air fields? working roller coasters? fighting through a prison (yea for one game then you have to sleep in your mess) so many more that are names in this thread.....
3. Location owners are left with clean up and bills. The sites will no longer allow them to be hired for paintball. e.g. Tango Down and many more (and no they are not the only company that can get these sites, they are the only company that have no self worth and want to make a quick buck)
The thing that makes me worried about 2016 is that one of the members off staff at a companies that he has ripped off for £2.5k tried to explain to one of his "sponsored" team players that he owes them money. All the player said was your lying and i don't believe you.

Unfortunately that's how clever he is with manipulating people. They'll just blindly believe any lie she spins.
Only when they catch him out personally lying, get accused of something they didn't do, or just generally find themselves being shafted in some other way will a lightbulb moment occur and they will think "he really is a jerk, maybe all those 'haters' weren't making it all up after all"
The one consolation is that the list of enlightened only gets larger, so one day there won't be anyone of consequence left to stoke his ego any longer.
Only when they catch him out personally lying, get accused of something they didn't do, or just generally find themselves being shafted in some other way will a lightbulb moment occur and they will think "he really is a jerk, maybe all those 'haters' weren't making it all up after all"

You'd think that the sheer number of people on this side of the fence would tend to suggest there must be some truth in the accounts posted here.
Alas, it seems the truth has yet to percolate into the minds of these hangers-on but maybe the answer lies in the 'root of all evil'.
Perhaps, barnett's discount [not sponsorship] to teams is enough to salvage allegiances from these players?
If so, these players must either be the most gullible individuals in the known cosmos or they're the cheapest bunch of sycophants I've ever had the displeasure to encounter.
Thankfully though, the vast majority of players and industry people know the truth concerning barnett, and they act accordingly.
To be fair, it's about the best we can really hope for because there are gullible fools in all walks of life and so there's no reason they won't be represented in our sport in some way.
I think it's also true to suggest that barnett actually deserves the sort of hangers-on who still inhabit his ass, but eventually, he'll sh!t on them too.
