I have a mate who deliberatley has all his best mates NOT on fb, rather face to face convos over a beer/ cider/ wine than through the typed message of chat. He told me this over facebook. :/

Dex, it's worth remembering that barnett's personality type can't just sit back and allow people to publicly attack him because he knows full well that his customers/associates will read these attacks.
His ego kicks in like a Pavlovian reflex and he tries to defend the indefensible ... In his mind, to sit back and do nothing is tantamount to an admission of guilt, which of course he is.
It is of course a lost cause and the sheer amount of testimonial evidence will bring his inevitable downfall.
We may not rid our sport/industry of him entirely but his activities will be significantly curtailed.
