Well, by my ****ty count of a low res image, somewhere around 25% of the players in that image play on a SL sponsored team.
Having a nose through other photos on facebook i think the percentage of shoreline supported/sponsered teams will probably turnout a lot high than 25%.

That pic was of some of the red team taken after we held the staargate on the lastgame (a few blues snuck in lol)
I have it on pretty good authority that the pic doesn't show all the players there which I have zero problem in reporting but as to how many more remains unclear.
However, any suggestion that there were hundreds more would be a lie with the upper guesstimate totalling around 220 players in attendance.
Whichever figure is closest to the true figure, it really matters not because the event was way down on what he'd want or needed.
As to how he finances his next event will prove problematic indeed.

I would say their were atleast half the amount of players this year than last, still some really good gun fights though and as a player that's all i care about
Shame that such a must attend scenario game has been run into the ground. staargate was never the best game to play but it was a cracking weekend.
