I would presume it would be very difficult to assess if you have survived considering
a) your head is buried very deep in the sand
b) you have numerous peoples heads in your rectal cavity
I make no apology if the above causes any offence. To be quite frank I am beyond caring.

Now heres a question, and only one for conversational purposes, rather than trying to ascertain blame or fault, but given the involvement suzy had with shoreline, would she not also need to be watching her back for the black suits once it all goes south?
If she has moved on (for whatever reason) she would still be culpable for her involvment, no?

According to the letter recently sent out, it was all the fault of the outgoing F.D. (SB). More spin, lies and throwing people off of the true scent. I wouldn't be surprised that SB wasn't at all happy with how anything was going in the SL camp. All of this is of course pure conjecture.
To answer the question, SB was indeed down as a director.
Still, here I am, a grumpy old nobody with a grudge, sitting in my grotty bedsit without a life or prospects, being a keyboard warrior. Oh wait - I have a life (outside of paintball), good job, a family to be proud of, and, as much as it galls me to say, I do not, and never have owned or rented a grotty bedsit.
Let's all play out our parts to see all this fiasco ended. For good.

We've witnessed barnett's cynical use of his family before and I'm sure he'd think nothing of inventing marital strife for his own ends.
Though when I think about it, SB would know the truth of what's going down and she would be hard pressed to tolerate his behaviour for such a protracted period of time and so there might be some truth in what was said.
Problems is, it's like the boy who cried wolf, the first time barnett tells the truth and nobody believes him.
It's a tough life sometimes, especially when you behave like he does.

Have we really been reduced to the level where principles can be so easily prostituted for a few hundred quid?
It might be early days yet but surely this recent batch of revelations must prick the conscience of some of those who continue to associate with barnett .... I suppose we'll have to wait and see what shakes out of this whole affair but in the meantime, is it fair to criticise those people who elect to maintain their commercial links with barnett?
I'd like to think that eventually there'll come a time when people realise their connection with him becomes shamefully untenable and downright inappropriate ..... I'd also like to think our industry had some semblance of integrity flowing through its veins but the longer these associations remain intact, the harder it will be to believe we have any notion of respectability.
We now know ypc/fbp is allowing himself to be used as a conduit for the stargate tickets, and with that in mind, I wonder what another associate of Barnett's,Steve Bull, now thinks about his partner in the stargate event?
After all, Bully won't wanna be such a public business partner with barnett so soon after barnett's blown Gino out the water for 60 grand ... most people in our industry will be asking themselves, 'If he does it to Gino, then who won't he do it to' ?...
Getting paid must be a very real concern for Steve Bull and sables [his charge for taking the stargate ticket money] but it’s not as simple as that because there’s also an ‘association price’ to pay whereby people will question who they can still trust ....
Companies won’t want to be collateral damage in any fall-out from this debacle and you can bet your bottom dollar people will now begin to look around and notice who still continues doing business with barnett ….
'Guilt by association' is a profound example of jumping into bed with the wrong people ...And, the ripples from this debacle spread far and wide and will persist for a lot longer than some may fear ...

A nice WPC went round to Pete's with a letter asking him to stop picking on Timothy, I think that was the legal action!
If he wants to go legal with me, which by the way is always the 'cissy' option in my opinion, he has to commit himself financially to any prospective lawsuit, and as I understand things of late, the last thing he needs is yet another claim on his wallet.
