I only ever use Duracell Procells, which can be found on ebay at good prices, so no excuses for using poor quality sh!te nicked from your parents smoke alarm!...

Wouldn't it be helpful though is the Manufacturer specified what MAH rating their markers operated at, rather than stating 9V ( which is pretty damn obvious)? Batteries vary a lot in power output and this key figure is in fact the issue.

energy paintball are 1100 mAh, could not find an mAh rating for duracell or energizers anywhere.

It says on the packet in very small size 2 font, the ones I use are Maplin own 9V rechargables @ 1300MAH
