In the interests of a fair and open forum I should say I've had two dealings with him
That couldn't have gone any better, very fast postage, fair prices.

I'm not defending him, as the thread above doesn't look to good and he definitely has some explaining to do, however I just wanted to post about my experiences, as I feel it's only fair.

It's the way of the world though, you can be absolutely fine for 99% of the time, but you mess people around for that other 1% and that's what you get known for.

I've never dealt with the guy, but even if he is normally a good person to deal with, if he thinks he can get away with messing people around like this even occasionally, then he shouldn't be welcome on this site.

Seems like it's the other way around in this instance. I'll give anyone the benefit of the doubt but I noticed his rather prominent activity on the for sale section.

We'll also be clamping down on people who lowball, then readvertise a week later for a profit. At the end of the day, if someone is making a profit from the site then it's a mini business. Businesses pay advertisers rates. Simple. This is a buy and sell for private sales between people of similar interests. It is not a place to take advantage of others.
