Totally agree with this, it's so annoying to see someone re-list an item for more than they paid a few days earlier, in the end it'll just drive away the bargains and push the prices up!

Personally if it were my site I'd have a rule against reselling. If you buy anything you can't re-list in on here for the next 6 weeks, but I suppose you've got to be wary of having too many rules in place otherwise it'll hit a point where the mod/admin team can't keep track of it all.
From my perspective (I was the original buyer of the Rotor) it was the lies that was most annoying. If he had been up-front and said that he had changed his mind and wanted to keep it, yes I'd have been disapointed, but I would have accepted it. But he came out with so much bull**** that it was amazing. Even when I told him that the price he reckoned the shop were going to refund him was more than the list price of the Rotor he carried on lying about it...
And if you read the thread he even lies at the end saying that he didn't get the refund from the shop because he decided to give it to his brother, this is on the same thread where he has sold it (about 10 posts earlier) for the second time to @Sampaint.
This also made Sam uncomfortable and he appologised to me by PM, but I knew that Dave0w had doctored the thread (before Dusty reinstated it) to make it look like I hadn't paid. So Sam hadn't done anything wrong at all.
People like this will ruin the classifieds, you have to be able to trust other users.

Yet another complaint about this muppet, he had only been banned from classifieds. I fear now that will be extended to a permanent ban from the rest of the forum.
