It's obviously a marker/board issue. Why cant they just allow it for the time being while everything gets sorted? I think penalising the players is totally the wrong way to go about it. I understand it's not "fair", but it makes sod all difference really.
You have to look at it from both sides. The difference just one ball makes is all it takes to win a game. Being lenient on this only punishes the other team who's markers are set to ramp on the 4th pull. If they would have allowed it that day, then every team who's markers were shooting as per millennium rules would have been punished. Surely you can appreciate that?

Yeah i see your point, but it's still a gay situation. It sucks for the players who bought their markers believing them to be compliant, only to get told you now own an expensive paperweight.
I'm lucky in that i also own a DM7, so i can just use that while this gets sorted. Other people that don't have spare markers are gonna be left unable to play unless they can afford to drop a load of cash on a new marker.

Fore normal board please:

How to use an Invert Mini on a Millenium Field :

As the Millenium Mode on Invert Mini and Axe board kicks in after the 2nd shot rather than the 3rd, the way to play fully legally is :

- Firing mode PSP : ( Red Solid : 2 Flash)

- Max Rate of Fire : 10.5 ( Green Solid : 1 Flash)

- Ramping point : 5.5 ( Flashing Green : 5 Flash)

Now your marker will be ramping to 10.5 bps when you pull the trigger over 5.5 times per seconds, AFTER the 3rd shot. Which is the Millenium Mode.

For Redline, you can use the same settings using your screen to set them rather than lights.
You need to use PSP modes to be legal. :)

seriously thib?! that's mental! Having to modify a different mode to make it work... I unfortunately can't test this now as I'm away from my marker for a few days. Hopefully one of my guys can give it a try

At least the problem can be solved. Who cares? As long as the refs are happy with it, game on.
