What about extending the asa? If you don't have a on/off on your mini rap4uk sell a adapter that extends the asap by about 2 inches and acts as a purge valve effectively
Got one mate. Too long for my sissy arms lol. I suppose i could use one with a stubby bottle if i don't find a better alternative.

Awesome! I'll take a look.

Just had a look at the Myth2.... Looks like it doesn't have any burst disks? They look more like blanking screws?

What are the rules on this? Do i have to have a gauge and burst disks on it? I'd be happy with just a fill nipple :/

yeah theyre burst discs. And yes you do need them!!!!!!
Ok cool. Well it looks like i need to get myself a Myth2 :)

Out of curiosity can someone please list some bottles in order of which is lightest, or even link me to this info? I've been out of the scene for a long time now so i don't know how my current setup stands up against the competition. Seeing as my bottle is out of test anyways, now might be the right time to upgrade.

Cheers,
Chris.

http://www.bzpaintball.co.uk/product.php?p=Fuel Supralite Air System with Ninja UL Reg&t=Air Systems

THE lightest on the market end of. It will make you pure energy feel like a scuba tank :)
Cheers mate. I got myself down to PaintFest yesterday to have a look around all of the vendors and i did have a look at all of the bottles. The Fuel ones are definitely the lightest, but the GI ones were a very close 2nd but quite a bit cheaper.

Do the Fuel bottles need to be stored under pressure? I was speaking to some lads at PaintFest and they mentioned that the GI ones do otherwise a bag deflates or something and it's knackered?

Also learned that those flush burst disks can be fitted to pretty much any reg on the market.

if you want to have the most slimline reg possible take your gauge off and put a plug in there, then fit the low profile burst disks instead of the standard style ones. that way all you have is the fill nipple and if you position it straight up the way (either with an adjustable reg like myth g2 or ninja pro, or with an oring between the reg and asa) then you'll have no problems.
