yeah that's what i mean, sterling shield (the same paint DF uses) used to sell at a trade price of £17ish (at least that's what we got) the last i worked in the industryI think he was talking about the price at which DF is getting their paint in, and how much they sell them on for. But yeah like Liam92 said, cheapest I've seen personally for branded paint is £18
Nobody disputes that you need to charge more than you pay out, or else that's what you call a charityMy local marks up the prices on alcohol, KFC give me 10% off but still markup their chicken prices, restaurant steak costs me a fortune
Delta Force are a paintball business. They charge people a price for a day out.
Paintball is expensive. It needs sites, staff, equipment, insurance, council approval and many more expenses.
Every paintball site in the UK exists only because punter players turn up and pay the full price for paintball
Most people frequenting this forum are regular players who benefit from the other paintball options provided by sites - walkons, big games, scenarios, tournaments etc
Like every punter site delta forces prices are available.
My pet hate are bad ticket sellers that tell buyers they are getting their full day out for a basic entry price - and especially those who falsely claim tickets are valid at other sites. The site staff end up being the ones who take the flack from customers - and absorb the loss of accepting invalid tickets

I know i've mentioned it on p8nt somewhere before, not sure if in this thread, but Delta Force and the ticket sellers IPG are the same people. Basically the costs of IPG getting people in the door by selling those tickets is absorbed by Delta force. IPG ticket sellers work on almost 100% commission so they lose about £1M each year but DF bails them out every year from their £10M income, leaving £9M profit before site expenses in the UK. or figures round about that anyway. Since ticket sellers work on commission only, they don't care about directing people to independent sites (even if they aren't valid) because a sale is a sale, but that doesn't mean independent sites are obliged to accept them.
Yes on the day an independent site may decide to let them play with these tickets without making any money off entry because it's paint sales they otherwise wouldn't have got, plus might get a bit of repeat business later. However no site is obliged to do so just because some ticket seller misled one of their buyers.
I know the connection between IPG & Delta Force, and my opinions on Delta Forces UKPBA have been made clear on here & other forums in the pastNobody disputes that you need to charge more than you pay out, or else that's what you call a charity
