Yes and got the choice of send it back or send a picture of it cut into 4 bits and this could take a week to process so when I get in from work tonight I'll be choppin my spine into bits for a pic.

Emailed them 1hr ago on the above email and got this back
"Hello ,
We are sorry to hear this, we can however get you a replacement that is no problem.
Here are your options, you can send us in your broken one and we can mail you a replacement.
Or
You can email a picture of the one you have cut into 4 pieces.
The replacement can be mailed up and take about 1 week to arrive.
Just let me know which option you would like to do and we can get that taken care of for you.

just wondering if you have recieved your replacement yet, they told me it could take 5 days and that was ten days ago
hmmm, hope i have recieved it in time for the midland masters on sunday, otherwise i am screwed :/ haha
