you could start with downloading the owners handbook,, and having a jolly good read,,,
as you said 3000 psi fill,,im guessing you have one of the small alloy bottles,,, there very small at about 0.9 of a liter,,, then you have the reg and how far that sits in the bottle and how much room it removes,,
its really helps if you tell us this info,,as i or the other readers dont know what size bottle you have,, nor do you tell us what size pods you where using,, nor how long your barrel is nor what speed you where shooting at..

heres what i get from my markers,,in a format that helps
0.7 bottle < peanut bottle > filled to 4000 psi for me = 600 shots,,or 6 x 100 shot pods,,,
this is on one of my ion based markers..
now lets say your talking 160 size pods,, and you have abig hopper at 150 to 200 balls
your getting on for 400 to 450 shots.. thats about right,,for 3000psi and a small bottle,,, if it was a blowback,,you would be out of air at the end of your first pod,,,
But one thing your not thinking about,, its a torny marker.. torny markers dont really have to be good on air,, do they ,, think about it,, your in a ten min games, with a 1.1 filled to 4500 psi.. you dont need a marker thats good on air,, if you see what i mean,,
as for how loud it is,,,,did you crono this or where you shooting in your back garden,,, we need to know what fps you where knocking out,,,
