I have stareted a new thread for your feedback fellas, as the last one was going off topic.
Keep this about your feedback guys, any personal issues should be sorted elsewhere.

I reffed the whole weekend. I'm a Big Game reffing veteran of 7 years, and I have never seen anything like the Battle for the Police Station. Absolutely mental!
It's quite something having to stanmp out a fire started by a smoke grenade in the middle of all that.

So let's hear some stories... Anybody try Jono's chili?

Where ANGELS rule
Just thought i would share this with everyone this is the view from " THE MILITIA'S " second in command Stuart "the colonel" Mayo
It was once just a grid reference, a number on a map ‘D20’. A structure so insignificant no one would ever dream it would soon become the location of the greatest defensive action in the history of paintball.

D20 stood square in acres of hostile territory, a few knew it simply as the ‘Police Station’ but it became more than that, it was a refuge for the good, a bastion of light in a dark place, i...t became sovereign territory to a few, a brave few brothers and sisters who stood together at the gates of destruction and held the line… D20 became our home!!!

On the morning of Sunday 6th May 2012 none knew what the small Police Force clad in black could achieve but with steel edged leadership and hard hearts they started to grind down the Vigilantes. The rioters attack on V Mobile was dashed against the shields of the few… and The police assault on the ADLI store that drove straight into the heart of the criminal hordes was the turning point.

The few started to believe!

The Vigilantes started to take notice, they started to avoid the law!

It was late afternoon when it started. D20 had stood mostly unopposed to the warring vigilantes. It had been held by a skeleton squad of Police led by Moz defending it from the roof tops. Then masses of northern vigilantes took the high ground in front of the police station with the southern rioters to the rear. It gave the few moments to lock down the station, Judge Ged Green organising the shield wall from the inside while Stu ‘The Colonel’ Mayo called out the gunners sectors and their arcs of fire.

The hour that followed was wave after wave of thousands of vigilantes hell bent on taking the Police station. Tash and the guys on the roof battling with the south, Milky and Dazza commanding the annexe. While Judge Ged and The Colonel rallied the troops and plugged the holes in the line whilst they battled against the Northern hordes.

Smoke grenades cut down the kill zones the smoke stinging our eyes and burning our throats, grenades exploded within meters of our perimeter. The noise inside the station deafening as the few screamed and shouted commands and called out targets. The Vigilantes got closer and closer but the guns of the few thundered and cut them down before they could get near.

The Police needed to hold the station for 1 hour and as the time slipped by with 20 minutes to go, markers went down, air and ammunition started to run out, the few where running on adrenalin. Everyone gave what was asked of them and more. Papa G keeping everyone’s air supplied, Stone Cold physically holding a shield wall in place the whole time, Noodles and Matt filling hoppers of the few remaining guns that would fire.

Finally with the last remaining rounds and dregs of air the Northern Vigilantes breached the line the few managed to retreat to the sanctuary of their safe area. When the smoke had cleared and the dust had settled not only had the few held the Police Station for the hour but also an extra 10 minutes. Less than 50 warriors had held off over 1000 Vigilantes for 70 minutes.

I started the day as second in command of the police force shouting and screaming orders at the few. After that last hour in hell I left the battlefield with my brothers and sisters who refused to quit in the face overwhelming odds, who gave blood, sweat and tears to defend that insignificant building that was D20. Everyone left a piece of themselves on the battlefield that day. If you don’t get it you weren’t there man!

You may ask…. Who are the Few!!!

And they would reply… We are ‘THE MILITIA’

And WE ARE THE LAW!!!!!!!!!!!!

my personal views on the day BRILLIANT !!!
The battle for the police station was epic in 20 years of playing i have never had such a rush as i got in the last hour
both squads threw everything they had at us including themselves ;) but we stood firm and held the ground for over a hour against all the odds
I was proud of each and every member of " THE MILITIA " we were few but by god we took the fight to them
big thanks to Ged and Stuart from N.P.F for the command
And big thanks to Jimmy Tim and all the Warped crew for giving us the challenge
Special thanks to parksey for getting our air station netted
Stevie Eddowes and crew for all their help throughout the day
And the two marshalls for sticking it out with us in that building until the end

I loved it this year, the last few games at swynnerton were getting a little stale so having the extra faction, the moving/changing respawns where great addition and changed the game!

Cook$ theres a few lads on UKS who had the chilli extract, John UKMB and InFamousMax are sorting out some of the videos to go up on youtube

Guys, what were your opinions on the mobile respawns? From my perspective they were a little difficult to manage, so ftrying to find the kinks would help me greatly in future.

And that chili was the second worst thing I've ever had in my mouth.

My experience as a first time big gamer was intense, me and two friends went all out buying walkie talkies and sticking together to become in our opinion a proper wrecking crew, we blew open lines and smashed southerners from angles they didn't even know.

Two stand out moments were when the gates changed in the afternoon leading 70+ northerners into a wall of southerners, but in a moment of clarity I called out to hold a negotiation in the middle. So one southerner approached we shook hands compared stats and it seems they had position but we had force, and as a spawning spot it would have been unfair on the north to just get mowed down before they even entered the field.

So we called for a ref, the ref listened, then slowly backed away and after 5steps called game on...negotiations had failed...!

So we battled to regain v mobile, again me and my two friends swung full flanc and just mowed the line from the side....epic move.

Then it was the battle for the police station, I tried my best to rally the troops and create some kind of orchestrated attract, but obviously the hard core had gone home as no one was willing to come with me and kick down the doors by force..!

So for one whole hour I ran and ran, shouted and shouted trying to get the win......one hour later we took the building and I perched my self on the roof and claimed victory for the north.......the police did a great job though...!

Here's a vid for those who haven't seen the northvs final win ..!
