I'm looking to by either a Vanguard Creed or Demon.

What i'd like to know, is if the Demon is actually worth the extra money.
I'd also like to know the best place to buy from vanguard. (Lowest price / Customable colours / whatever)

Any opinions would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

hi Prototype ive just brought a creed direct from vanguard there £555 plus vat = £666. and the demons are £666+ vat but your best to phone them first to check. the creed is a fanastic marker well worth the money . i popped up to vangaurd on wednesday and they let me fire the new demon and that fires really really nicely. it feels nice in the hand to if i had the money i would be a demon to lol. the customer service you get with vangaurd is fantastic they've helped me out loads and they carnt do enough for you. there number is 02476 353698.

The creed is an awesome gun which shoots really nice, but to be honest mate the demon is something else. I shot one at the last CPPS, and it shot like a dream. The demons are so accurate, they are absolutely superb. I cannot wait to get my hands on mine!!

whats the maintenance like on these ? tried looking for online manual, no luck...

Had one now since May and used it most weekends, The engine is made up of 3 parts, guide, can and bolt. Supplied with the gun is a pot of monkey poo lube which works great but i have since found hater marmalade to be better and stays in place longer than the monkey poo. I lube the bolt every 8000 shots or so for piece of mind. I have never had a leak or 0 ring fail in 21k of shots. I have had no breach breaks at all and have been useing hellfire, evil, marb and prohd all through the summer.
In regards to the reg all i have done is lubed it once since new.

If your interested i can take a few pics of the bolt?

I too havent seen the manual online, but it does come with a printed instruction book (which the creed doesnt) and a CD manual.
