Valve body Orings

Im 100% sure this is causing the issue. Change all the orings again if possible. Im sure foot will confirm

I know the inner ones are a nightmare :)

Outter front of valve 014 < two of these
outter rear of valve 806
inner front of valve 008
inner real of valve 611

Ok its possible with the removal and re-insertion I may have damaged or pinched one, at this stage replacing them is not a problem. The 3 external ones I presume the internal ones are fresh and have resolved the main leak?

take out the fireing bolt and drop oil on the top of the rammer while the marker is gassed up, put enough oil on there so it will bubble up in indicate if the leak is inner or outer.

Check the rammer orings aswell.

i think the 611 or 806 orings will be the cause of the issue.

I replaced the outer orings on the body so its had all new in the last 24hrs, as had the lpr.
This is where the air is coming from circled in red on the solenoid.

I could replace the 611 again to be sure it's proper tricky to get in and out but i'm happy to give it a go, I dropped oil in but there was no bubbles :( like I say the only air I can find seems to want to jump out that hole.

blowing from the back hole shows its not being over pressurised and the lpr is working correctly.

Maybe its a faulty solenoid? Try the original solenoid on the gun to eliminate a noid issue.
Should the noid be at fault let me know and i send you out another hi flow solenoid.

Also just an obsevation but i can see one of the retaining screws is not fully screwed in fully.

I did take the old noid out of the bag before work, I noticed the screw in the picture it won't go in any further I think it may just be shadow from the picture.
LoL the learning curve is swift :D

Image A is the high flow the screws sit flush I took the photo after I put the old noid back 'B' the screws on that not only are a different size allen key but counter sunk into the noid

I popped the old solenoid in and problem solved :), only thing is now I feel the urge to want to know how a solenoid works to satisfy my tech wired brain.

Is it likely a new one could simply just not work? Your right I will have to get onto the person who supplied these parts :tsk:....;).

I did wonder if there could be a fault with the manifold because its actually 2 parts when combined with noid, but I don't know how these parts work

Thank you guys for all your help this has been my first big problem to work through and i've actually learnt loads about my marker.

You all come :first:
