I am looking for advice and inspiration for setting up a new site.

The site will be set up in woodland.

I was wondering what the playing community would like to see from a new site setting up.

What do other sites lack?, where could they improve?

What type of game play/zones would you like to see?

The best thing to do would be to go around and play at other sites in the UK. Then you can get a good idea as to what a site should offer, and what is needed to make it a good site people will want to come back to

Well unlucky for you I do have a clue and I know how much the MASSIVE cost is for starting up a site, the aim of this thread for me was to get input from the playing community. I have a lot of land that I want to transform in to a paintball site with a difference. I have a vast knowledge of paintball but maybe there something simple that I've missed, that someone would like to see from a paintball site.

Whilst Bon may have made the typical assumption that you're a 16 year old goober trying to turn his sisters Pony paddock into a Sup-Air field (an assumption that may prove costly if you turn out to be Russian gazzilionaire wanting to turn Tajikistan into a mahoosive Gulf War themed paintball park with helicopters, UAVs are space based frikkin lasers - I digress but there's an idea anyway); you might want to offer your experience, background and resources available (should you want people to take you seriously and get worthwhile feedback of course). Sure you might argue that's no-ones business, but with a fcuk all post-count you need to throw a bone if you want help.

Oh, and if Bon's assumption really was wrong, you can feed him too you're piranha's or whatever oligarchs keep for pets these days.

I hear ill-tempered mutated sea-bass are the new 'in' thing for all high powered multi-billionaire evil genii.

It's true. I hear Roman Abramovich had a pool installed on his latest superyacht for this very purpose, alongside his state-of-the-art missile defence system and small army of bodyguards.

And a paintball park. For kicks.

I had one of these, but it's a bit of a pain (literally) when it tries to hump you're leg. Homosexual rapist fish, every villain needs one or a shoal. Beats small gay waiters.

You could try neutering, as a stop gap measure until the frikkin' sharks with frikkin' lazerbeams attached to their frikkin' heads become available. Despite being on the endangered species list, it is possible to get them, and they hardly ever go through a humping phase.

Although the one drawback is it'll take a few months to clear up the red tape.
