You know on CSI Miami and stuff, when some liberal left-wing pinko lawyer gets a rapist off a charge on a technicality, and then that rapist goes right back out and attacks another woman, usually the wife of one of the CSI guys or something....

I realise I'm late to the party but damn. I hear the old plea EVERY SINGLE DAY of my working life (sometimes more than once!) of "I'm really sorry, please don't ban me or tell my parents, I won't do it again, I promise!"
To which the usual reply is: "Um, this is the forth time we've caught you, you little shoplifting scumbag. Oh, and you're banned. And I'll be calling your parents in just a minute so they can come see you get arrested, because I'm also calling the police."
So, in other words, keep the **** head banned.
If I ever see him anywhere trying to do anything untoward I will have no problem flooring him and making sure it hurts.

Reading his facebook wall, a recent comment suggests he jokes (or is maybe serious) about robbing peoples houses...
Like we need a tnuc like that at the CPPS (or other reputable site/event).
I still blame him for a sandana that was taken last year. He would be an inevitable scapegoat for everything, would get bonuessed to hell, and basically would be the cause of unease (or worse).
For his own sake, its pointless him attempting to play serious paintball again. Maybe he will be welcome at DF for £120 a box and a punt on an inferno...
