Oh, and it's not really that relevant and may be a bit over-the-top to suggest it, but even though it is private land you could play on; consider firearms laws. A bunch of my mates were using airsoft guns in a local field and suddenly found a couple of armed police pointing very real guns at them (muppets). I'm sure we all know that an airsoft gun can look very real, and markers can, but generally don't, unless you try and make them look that way. Some people aren't away of that, and if a person of the public sees you, they could freak out a bit.
