Given the fact that some consider me the voice of reason amongst the moderators, I thought I'd direct a message at young mister Breakwell. (We all know that despite the fact he's banned, he'll be reading this.)
Listen kid, maybe you are not a fraud in the strictest sense of the word, you are however a true example of a very bad seller. You post your item insanely late, plus the item in question is anything but as described.
The buyer is thusly entitled to a refund (look up the law if you don't believe me), which has now been given. I assume you want your item back. That's perfectly fine. However, given the misleading nature of your sales pitch, there is no way the buyer is responsible for payment of the shipping costs. In other words, either sail/swim/fly over to Ireland and pick the item up (or have it picked up, I care not), or get in touch with the buyer and forward him the money for the shipping costs. That way, the buyer isn't out of pocket and you may have learned a valuable lesson.
Here endeth the legal bit.
Here starteth the personal bit.
Much as I'd like it when somebody would show up at your doorstep to show you the error of your ways, I get the nagging feeling it will all end badly. Now it's not you that I care about, I wouldn't know you from a can of peaches, nor do I want to know you, but I'd be very upset if somebody that I consider a very good friend would get in trouble over a waste of space like yourself. And I don't get upset easily, but when I do, spectacular things tend to happen and frankly, you are not worth the headache. So please do as I suggest and sort out getting the marker back your damn self and I'll have a word with a certain high adrenaline individual. Sort of the preventing the Cold War from going hot, like the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962. Alternatively, forget about the marker and ask the buyer to dump it in the garbage, since you, according to your words, are loaded with cashola anyway.
Long story short, you will not get your money back. You can get your gun back, but that's all on you.
Good day.
