Minibaker these "cosmetic" damages are still not mentioned anywhere in your post even though they are modifications made by you, and the fact the buyer hasn't received the spares you promised. Why did you not ship them together as one package? Or even two seperate packages at the same time?

Small claims will not go well for you Minibaker, I advise you STRONGLY to refund the full money and accept the marker back or you will most likely be banned as a scammer. This is a resource which you will need in the future believe me, however do remember that the forums benefits NOT from having you as a member.

Minibaker, so you taken mole grips to a gun and shredded it, then send it on as if its ok. So when you get your new gun from lets say Planet with scratches and dents in it will it be ok ? No because you expect it to be in good condition. You did not say any thing about the state of the marker.... Bad move

Just to reiterate, DO NOT SEND MONEY AS A GIFT OPTION ON PAYPAL

It costs exactly the same to cover the fees, there is no difference except as a gift when something goes wrong Paypal will laugh at you when you try to claim.

Recieved these this morning mate but am a bit dissapointed to be honest, you stated in a previous post that they are in "fantastic Condition" well there not... got a rather large hole in them next to the zip and various wear marks, scuffs and logos pealing off on the front of them and fading. I know you should expect this from a pair of used pants but only if there described like it you shouldn't mislead people by saying they are in a better state than they actually are it's just not fair! Im not going to ask for a refund cus they were only 15 quid and it would cost a good portion of that to send them back to you but just wanted to let you know as i see the same thing happened with the Gat (Creed) you were selling....

hi i have received the spares today mr baker has kindly said he will get a trigger sorted and offerd a part refund just waiting on the funds to go into paypal and all will be good
