How did you pay sniker ?

Your descriptions seems to be lacking a mention of any of the damage Minibaker, would you like to put your side of the condition and where the agreed spares are ?

right - as i have mentioned to sniker.

the dent is a defect that was on the marker from when i got it from vanguard this was back sometime in jan and i totally forgot about it and forgot to mention it. as it never really bothered me.

the trigger is the same. when i got it the anno had messed up on the trigger so it wasnt working properly so i sanded down the corners to get it to work. again i apologies i forgot to mention it as this was done nearly a year ago and doesnt effect the gun at all. purely cosmetic.

the spare are in another parcel which i swear i said i would do. forgive me if i didnt but they will be with you probably 2mro if not friday.

The sand and grit. Go play at bricket wood and you will come back with sand and grit everywhere. i tech my guns after 3 box's and a quick services after a days play. rammer. bolt etc. so im sorry if i missed any sand or grit.

So Sniker is perfectly within his rights to ask for a full refund as you failed to mention the defects that you have admitted to knowing about (although you forgot).

Sniker did not buy a marker with damaged anno from sanding a defective trigger or a marker with a casting/milling defect.Cosmetic damage or not I don't think anyone would accept it if they did not know about it when buying the marker.

If he had bought the marker knowing about these problems then fair enough but he has not,he paid for a marker without these problems and expected a marker to be delivered that met the description you put up.

You need to do the right thing and refund sniker and then relist the creed with an accurate description.
The ball is in your court to do the right thing, not for Sniker to have to argue with you and then forum mods to have to get involved.

the marker is in full working order!
i understand the principle that it was not stated with any defects - it was human error but the marker does work and works great.
as compassion i will be sending you a new rubber grip and trigger direct from Vanguard.
there is nothing wrong with the gun its self. it works and it works good.

they will be with you as soon as i have collected them from the vanguard HQ

So if i sold you a car with a damaged front wings and a badly marked door but forgot to mention it in the advert then told you "it still drives from A to B perfectly and the damage was purely cosmetic" you would be happy with that ?

You are about to commit forum suicide if you continue down this road with your frankly disgraceful attitude towards selling damaged goods.

Sniker, the small claims court may be a drawn out process but you would win hands down as the item is nothing like describe.

Minibaker you have today to do the right thing or I will post this thread to the mods board and we will decide on how the forum will deal with you. Also think how this will reflect if you ever try to sell anything on here again.

As as for your "compassion" bit ,maybe you should be honest rather than compassionate.
