We are about to leave the Villa to come back home, and I can say from all the Lads here, that we like to thank everyone for there support, we have been overwhelmed by all the messages that we have had, and I am so proud of everyone here and so don't want to comment on anything that has been said on here.

Thanks to eveyone, and we can come back with our heads held high coming 4th!!!!!

Sorry if this point has been covered your long posts bore me.

I justified my inclusion of european teams by pointing out USA has the player pool of a large content and as such you shouldn't compare it directly to a small country. To do so is redicoulus. The population and disposable income is incomparable.

I'm not championing uk ball in general I'm sticking up for my team mates, guys that have easily dumped a 1000's dollars to play this event and have all given 100%. In all honesty your post is a little insulting. By all means think that say that but hold it and post it where it's relevant.

If anyone is interested relentless finished 4th losing to a team they beat 4-0 in the prelims.

congrats to all that went over and played their hearts out! these boys represented. They competed, they did f*cking well! They should be congratulated in a thread that represents this, not have it turn into a disheartened look on ''the state of uk ball'' theres hundreds of other threads for that.

I have read and understood what you have written, but it seems to hint that there is more happening that you are not telling us.

Hmm, I'm not sure there's anything I'm not telling you here; if you mean I am deliberately holding something back?, then no, I am not.
I suppose I am wanting people to try and think for themselves here without me having to spell it out and always look the baddie .. maybe that's what you picked up on I dunno.

The last comment was more of a joke, and it's not pointed at anyone at all (lord knows I'm not the slimmest guy in the game).

I tried to make my post as neutral and inoffensive as possible while still hopefully giving all the figures in UK ball a reason to put aside their differences and sort out the mess that we're all in. I'm relatively new to this game and for the things that you and other big names in the UK have done I have respect. Despite this, I think that more collaborative efforts in the face of negativity and unnecessary grudges would speed up this whole process.

I think I completely misread the tone of your response and for that I apologise but in my defence [if indeed I have one] I am gonna put it down to the way this thread was going in terms of flag-waving ignorance. I read your post a few times more and you are right, it's neutral.

You mention the theory of positive collaboration being the way to go and I totally agree with you and ya know what?
That's what I got involved with the Federation for ...... and some of these people posting in this thread all talk a good game but just ask them what they've actually done apart from moan like bitches on forums ??????
The Fed was set up to try and put the UK tournament scene back on its feet and that act alone is a million times more effective than all of their flag-waving jingoistic bs.

Glad to see that our feedback in a thread originally started by me to praise the commitment shown by a few UK ballers in travelling to the US to attempt and compete in the biggest event in the paintball calendar has once again slumped into a slanging match between you and EVERYBODY ELSE in UK ball.

I think this will be my last visit to your forum, as it's now obvious to me that it's clearly just that, your forum to spout your oppinion to anyone who does or does not want to listen.
