BTW: in the rules nothing is against a dead man walk.
There is one rules: IF the hand don't touch the head, you can destroy him ...
The problem is the refere don't always agree for the hand not touching.
this is bull ****, have you played paintball before? It is unsportsman like conduct and should be a ban in the same way telling another player to **** off is a ban or shooting the opposing teams pots can get you banned.
I will repeat what i said whilst i was commentating on the game. DMW are ****. You can not allow DMW and penalise people for overshooting. People may win points by doing it but at the end of the day if they resort to that they are dicks

You want to talk unsportman-like behaviour??? Then talk about players who execute run-throughs and intentionally shoot opposing players from up close on the side of the head multiple times - Saw a couple of those during Campaign weekend...

Being a bully on a paintball field is unsportman-like.

First, don't get me wrong, I hate DMW and always try to be fair and respectfull on a field.
but we do have bigger issue in paintball.
There is a lot more unsportsman behaviour than DMW.
Like every game, rules do have weakness, and it's normal that some people use them, even if it's not fair.... The world isn't fair, so how can you wait for people to be fair sportmen in paintball ?

When people will stop wipping, charging when they feel the hit, .... I will start thinking DMW is a problem, not before ....

one thing i didnt like about this event was the amount of people getting there ID cards pulld for over agressive play and bonus balling, when they were not bonus balling of trying to put the other player in pain. For example in one of our games our snake player and the other teams player both dived into the snake at the same time and shoot the crap out of each other as the slide along. But both got up and walkd away with out saying a word but the marshal pulld both there cards for over agressive play. later over turnd but the head reff.

gonna butt in and ask whats wrong with that? all players will try and trade if someone runs them down, shooting someone in the head or face lessens the chance of that. thats like saying a hard tackle in rugby is a being a bully.. makes no sense.

i can understand your point of view if you dont play competitively, maybe would be out of place in KOTH or punterball.
