are any of you still about???? Paintballers from the early 90's. before my memory fades completely.... Nicola (come on there was only about 3 women playing at the time and I was one of them) - Ex Short Timers, Dragon Company.....

Yes Darren was Paul's cousin. He came in towards the end and was involved in the shop

Jeff got married to a bird he met while visiting WDP in Birmingham.
Super-nice guy.
Havn't seen Darren or Paul forever though.

I think the only three women playing pro UK paintball in the early 90's were:-

1. Nicola - Short Timers
2. Jean - Terminators
3. Joy - Predators

Yes, you had Claire and Jenny in Bad Company too, but to be honest they had stopped pretty much before I started playing. Jeff was lovely and of course his mad, mad brother. Ahh I was so young!! Just about 18 I think when I started. Great days. Still have the "best bush in the world" as quoted by Steve Speight somewhere in a bag in the loft.

That was taken at the first tournament I ever played for the Harlequins, at the old Dragon's Lair site in 1992. Our team captain Dean accepting a trophy (can't remember where we came).
