yet another ion problem

sounds like your bottle is not on far enough so not letting the air through. my sons we had to always put the bottle on empty as the pressue would not let you put it all the way. just changed the bottom line to an on/off pruge and it is now fine.

what do you have? the standard bottom line or something diffrent?

Also the posibility of the bottle being screwed in too far, depressing the pin too much...

i have cp/on off

bolt stick, put thin amount of lube on
change the o-rings on the bolt
if that fails
strip and clean the reg

Like spsimon said replace all the orings on the bolt and lube it up. This happened to me when I used to have an Ion and it was just that the bolt sail o-ring had gone.
If needed I have a spare stock bolt that you can have if you pay shipping....
