Almost 2 weeks has expired....
No UL back and/or refund have materialized as promised in PMs.
I appreciate that you can (apparently) only post on a weekend but RM very rarely fail to deliver an item even if it's a bank holiday weekend, assuming you actually posted out the UL back last Saturday.
Let me know what is going on please.
