I know you have food... I was just under the impression that it was always boiled in England. That would preclude bar and
grill style restaurants.
I read an article by an English food critic a while back who said that the top end restaurants were far better in Europe but that the mid-priced casual places in America had no European counterpart. Maybe I was taking that too literally.
And Skeet, it is only our heaviest 65% that overeat at every meal.
