Sid sounds good to me after watching the teams play in the NPPL this weekend XSV would be the best one to bring over those guys are cool and easy to talk to .

Very very good idea, well up for it...in response to the questions....

I think a 2 day event (over a weekend) works best, as everyone has said, similar to the nexus seminars. As mentioned before perhaps running the same clinic on each day, and if your hardcore enough coming to both, however would a day be enough time to get it all in?

Down south, Nah it needs to be somewhere midlands ish, realitivly close to civilisation for those staying over night etc. or on site camping avaliable?

£30 for the day £50 for the weekend, perhaps if you buy a weekend ticket you get a fiver off some paint or something?

XSV are a very good choice, im assuming it would be focused on more...how to train than actully training, similar to the Nexus seminars? Where do i sign up?

Way too far up north for the majority of the ballers to travfel.
Way too far from an International airport for the XSV guys to travel
Weather that far north is always dodgy.

A midlands venue, or venue in the south would be preferable. Travel from the USA to Heathrow or Gatwick is far cheaper than flying into Manchester. And it would be a hassle for the XSV guys to travel for hours and hours from the airport to the hotel near the venue.

I would recommend the place that Sparklie held her M25 leg in Cobham as a perfect venue. Close to many many hotels, close to the M25 for service to Gatwick (30 minutes) or Heathrow (20 minutes) and the venue is awesome. Flat grass, large open spaces. Club house, changing rooms. Would be ideal.

Also bear in mind that the guys on XSV are party animals, London nightlife is the best in the country, and close rail links mean its only 30 minutes form Cobham.

To give you an idea how perfect the venue is, Chelsea football club train there.

Nah Newcastle far superior to London for nightlife...

Agree that the venue would have to be midlands area though. Birmingham area maybe, somewhere acceptable to all to travel to

I think htat the venue should be closest to the place that the guys from XSV would be flying to. After all, Sid is gonn have to pay for their transport wherever they go. Flights from Cali are cheaper to London H or G than they are to any other airport. Also transporting them in cars/ vans with kit is gonna be expensive on top of daily wages, hotels.

I would imagine that the XSV guys would believe (rightfully or wrongly) that London would be the best city to go out in. XCapital cities always have that reputation.

well same i beg to differ on this one

although i live in manchester at present i am looking at relocating myself at the moment but this has nothing to do with my opinion so don't know why i mentioned it ????

sid i beleive is based in the rural abyss that is scotland so i would have to say that the main target here is for it to be a one off event to see how it goes but needs to be in a central location so the scots and northener's can come down for it the southerners can travel up and even the welsh and the irish can come across the water whether that be the irish sea or the severn river. this then encapsulates what sid is trying to do and thats make it open to all teams and players alike from all over hence would get a greater intrest and maybe could afford more players to travel over from the states.

the p.a. league grounds in rodbaston near birmingham would be perfect because there is plenty of local ammenities and 4 purpose built arena's plus probably camping on site plus what 30 min drive from the heart of birmingham pretty big town for nightlife if required????

at the end of the day sam we would be paying whoever to come over and do a job and they would i am guessing be treated as employees which would mean they are required to do a good job and obviously what they do before or after the weekend is there affair but us as punters as it were would expect the boys to be on the top of there game and as professional with us as possible for the days we are there (so no hangovers etc)
