Latest twist suggests X-Ball teams will be barred from playing NPPL - like, duh - but may be contractually allowed to play Millennium.
HOWEVER,
given tha cost and training implications of X, they may opt not to and concentrate on X-Ball training instead...

Seems a bit weird to ban teams playing X-ball... the old saying cutting off ur nose to spite ur face comes to mind
