The brit team

Id like to see the England team win, but as far as training goes....3 training days? Hmmm I think olly & alex will have trained about 10X more+?
You can be certain that the USA team hasnt just been sitting around doing nothing for these past weeks and months, theyll have been down at SC village practising their ****, getting the unit working together and playing against some of the best teams in the world.
When the **** hits the fan though, we all know that a game can go either way, all of the xball teams have a strong chance of winning...even Canada!
Whoever wants it the most will take it.

I wouldn't even like to hazard a guess as to who might win. But I am Scottish, therefore I'm British so Come on England. Although I just hope there are some really good games getting played.

Will it be televised , proffesionally video'ed or will it just be covered by PGI?

Incidentally, what DID happen to the preds?

Jan.
Jan, the Preds pretty much faded when Marcus left.
They tried to carry on but the spark and leadership had gone, even though he did play with them on occasion, it was never the same for them.
They finally folded several years ago and with them, the final flicker of English ascendancy in world paintball was extinguished....that was until I saw the X-Ball Squad :)

Whos judging @ xball by the way?
All the judges had an X-Ball work out recently just to become acquainted with procedures.
Graham Easton, Chris and John Bump and a few others besides of the All Americans will be providing the majority of the judging staff.

Actually, because all the US players actually seem to live in different states, they will be unable to practise together until the actual event. Canada, on the other hand, were the test-pitos for the format, playing it over and over until it worked. They are the ones with the advantage - as well as some hot players. Most of their players are from Shockwave Canada...and if you're an am team that plays the millennium, you'll certainly have heard of them!

X-balling

Nick is right!

I really really think that Sweden is going to win x-ball.
With all the respect for RL and The US and the others. Sweden beated RL in the nations cup this year pretty bad and with the 5-man format we will be able to field a awesome team.
With players like Max and Alex and Sebban and Tom it will be really hard to score points against us.

Actuelly we played the Zap open in Gothenburg this weekend and I was able to field 4/5 of the Swedish x-ball team. 16 games=16 wins. And taking in to account the Scandinavian teams standard that was impressiv.
Anyway its going to be fun and I really hope England will be in the finals with us.
