WTF!! Xblade - can this really be allowed???

Was looking at pictures from the world cup on www.paintballchannel.com and if you click the link from the front page to the gallery on the first lot of images you will see the 'x-blade'

Now to me, it just looks like a poor mans eblade rip off, but what worries me even more is that they have even designed the grip frames to have the same pattern (probably inferior materials mind) as the eblade grips and the name is just so close that well... WTF??

Is this allowed? Can whoever made these really get away with that?? Legally? I know nothing is sacred and everybody can develop and expand ideas but isn't this taking the piss!

Of course, I may getting the wrong end of the stick and this may be a design that has been sanctioned by Eclipse etc but i doubt it...

On a different note, apparently some bloke from Germany called 'Hitler' is a bit pissed at the Jews and wants to have a bit of a word with them...
