is the fuzzy black stuff on the body - just surface wear or dirt? any minor/ major scratches+marks+dents thats not seen in the photos.

condition of the internals (board, bolt)??

also is the board programmable (up to date - seeing its a 10 year old marker) for tournaments/ walk-ons?
