I had relatives watch the 5man at last yrs campaign cup in Crystal Palace and they were amazed at the whole spectacle.

They always heard me talk about paintball but never got the Gladiatorial / Inflatable thing clear in their heads... The view from the overhead walkways at crystal palace made a excellent spectacle of it all..

But yes they didn't really know what was going on, but did begin to pick stuff up pretty quick..

I would say a Fiver is worth it - IF...
You have good seating with a decent clear view unobstructed by old rough netting.
Have a Good MC providing top notch punditry as the games are played
The event hyped to instill a bit of excitement in whats going on.

A Fiver isn't going to exactly break the bank. I'll spend more on the post club kebab on the Sat night in Ashford , than I will on the entrance.

because I got a free ticket off Echowitch ;)

but even if it wasn't free , I'd probably still go.

(p.s I reserve the right to change this post if it sucks ;) )

I reckon it would be worth paying to watch say CPL/SPl matches if they put on some decent running commentary for the spectators 'n' maybe a bit of decent music to get the crowd pumped up in say a 1 on 1 situation.
Otherwise it plains sucks being a spectator unless your a player.

When I was at campaign 05 in brum there where obviously people in the crowd who had no clue as to what was going on. Every now and then the commentator would pipe up over the tannoy but didnt have much effect on the crowds. It was the ballers in the crowd that really got the atmosphere going on the better games.

As it is at the minute, I wouldnt wanna pay.

Personally I would pay to go and watch a millennium event as you get teams from all over the world but not for the euro 5 man you know for a fact that the money wouldn't go to make the event better!

Yes

I would pay a fiver to watch for the day.
I am too old and unfit to play myself plus the fact that I've got loads of money I wouldn't miss a fiver:eek:
