yeah i can imagine that been quite tricky

not a bruise but someone shot a hole in my training top yesterday - gutted !

even worse is that i mugged him then he span on me so ive got the accompanying welts all up my arm

When marshalling I took a hit on the bare elbow yesterday which started bleeding down my arm...Only clipped the very tip of the joint too so it didn't hurt too much.

Haven't got a pic - Just looks like a normal cut.
