after a bit of confirmation, but i was under the impression that most or even ALL rec-ball sites in Scotland have high paint prices? something due to shipping? still £3 above the uk '100 shot average' is a tad high...

i know that the franchised site in Fradley has no chrono also got the hint when the marshal said they fire over 200 MILES per hour?!?. i presume a link?

prices per pot up here vary from £4 to £8 tops at most sites. with the one exception alluded to above (being £15 for 125 )

Just had a look at their web page and there's nothing on being affiliated to anywhere. They do have another site in the other big scotish city (think that should be enough of a hint).

on a side note - the above site chain do actually have some good venues - shame about the prices, but then they are out to make £££

No ..not really ..thats either Skirmish or Bedlam or Delta Force as far as I can make out as there are actually several Scottish city's,but I will assume you mean Glasgow or Edinburgh as you haven't even told us which city you were in.

Firstly this thread is pointless unless you tell us who it was and if you dont it certainly wont change anything.

Going from your statement on prices - I would hazard a guess that you were on a franchise site, I can think of a couple across that side of the country, but I think it would be inappropriate no name them here.

Hmmmmm... well as this area is called "speak your brains" i was under the impression that you could do just that.
I also thought that coming on and slagging a site off would most certainly have been pointless which is why the question of whether anyone had had any similar experiences was at the bottom, and was my main point.

I could also go into the decline of our sport and how in my opinion site experiences like this one are to blame, (i'm sure there's a few who would agree) so to get some more feedback on experiences, maybe even laughs, could actually be constructive in the long run.

Not looking for any banter or to pi** anyone off, but find it a little unusual that a post that has had 360+ views and 16 posts, is classed as pointless.
Obviously some people don't think so.

... as there are only two scotish cities with populations bigger than Plymouth I think everyone knows which are they are.

No ,it would appear your main point was ..I had a crap day at a paintball site which I wont mention on the off chance there is somebody on here from that site who will dispute those claims.

Neither of those parts have the making of an amusing thread and, with your reluctance to fess up there certainly wont be any constructive results.

Never mind that this statement blatantly answers itself,I count 5 people, most of them with an interest in Scottish paintball and each one only really interested in finding out who it was ...do you see now.

As for banter ..it's a forum so that's kind of the idea ...and dont worry about pissing anybody off ..no-one else worries.
