According to PBnation it says something like the webcast is streaming at 600kbps so you need a 900kbps connection to view it decently.

I guess my internet isnt fast enough.

I suppose you have to bear in mind that all of the servers handling the webcast are 99% likely to be based in the US. Priority of bandwidth going to all the americans, as such us folk this side of the pond are going to get a rubbish connection and there's pretty much nothing that can be done about it, so better off living with the irratic buffer times... or just catch it on psptv in a couple of weeks (that's if they put highlight games on the website!)
